Dragon Fruit is a tropical fruit in Hawaii, that grows from a cactus. Before the fruit appears, the cactus produces spectacular, large, fragrant white flowers that only bloom at night. The vibrant Magenta colored flesh of the fruit tastes as yummy as it’s visual!
