“Opihi” is the Hawaiian name for limpets, which is small volcano shaped shells.
Here, simple strokes of watercolor, brings out the raw and natural beauty of the “black-foot” opihi, that are commonly found on the rocky shores of Hawaii. The random found cluster and shading of these shells, brings us back to experience the wonder of Hawaii sea life.
